b. apple pie jar

I love apple pie and especially my Mum’s homemade version but I unfortunately I can’t eat it anymore so I set out to create my own b. dairy free clean eating version.  Crispy fresh apple with a delicious almond crunch will melt in your mouth for either breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients

1 grated green apple and cut into a few slices for decoration

3 tablespoon paleo muesli ( almonds, coconut, coconut oil, almond meal, pumpkin seeds, ground sunflower seeds roasted)

2 tablespoon coconut yogurt

sprinkle of cinnamon

 

Method

Grated apple and use immediately as it tends to go brown fast

slice two sections up for decoration

Layer 1 – paleo muesli

Layer 2 – grated apple

Layer 3 – coconut yogurt

Layer 4 – sprinkle cinnamon

Layer 5 – add the apple slices
