b. basic smoothie
This smoothie is my absolute ‘go to’ it enhances my mood and make me feel satisfied as a meal. I drink it for breakfast, snacks and sometimes for dessert. It is dairy free and totally delicious!
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon cacao buckinis
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup coconut water
