This exercise isolates the entire back of the your legs + it is a calf and hamstring muscle switch.  It also allows your core (trunk) stability by balancing on now leg.

  • Complete a workout of one leg up on a stable beam (fence or bench)
  • Lower one leg and push back up to your toes slowly.
  • Complete inner thigh version by simply facing your body opposite (as seen in image attached)
  • complete set of 12 repetitions and 3 times
