Ingredients
✔️3-4 cups oats ( cheap rolled oats ) should cost no more then $2 for 1kg bag.
✔️3/4 cup shredded coconut
✔1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
✔️1/2 cup sunflower seeds
✔️honey to pour
✔️a handful sultanas ( not too many though……lots of hidden sugars and salt in dried fruit)
〰Place all ingredients ( except sultanas) onto flat tray (baking paper covered)
〰Pour honey over the top
〰Place in hot oven 〰 200 degree Celsius for 20 mins- keep a close eye on it!
〰Mix as the granola is toasting and turning golden brown.
〰Continue checking and stirring every 5-10 minutes until all toasted.
〰Once out cooking add – sultanas
Store in glass jar – for one week
