Ingredients
3-4 cups oats ( cheap rolled oats ) should cost no more then $2 for 1kg bag.
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
honey to pour
a handful sultanas ( not too many though……lots of hidden sugars and salt in dried fruit)
Place all ingredients ( except sultanas) onto flat tray (baking paper covered)
Pour honey over the top
Place in hot oven
200 degree Celsius for 20 mins- keep a close eye on it!
Mix as the granola is toasting and turning golden brown.
Continue checking and stirring every 5-10 minutes until all toasted.
Once out cooking add – sultanas
Store in glass jar – for one week
