Dairy Free Tiramisu Recipe

After visiting Italy this time last year, I have been lusting after Tiramisu, however, a dairy free version was a must!

Totally Tiramisu (Clean and Dairy Free)

Ingredients

1 scoop of vanilla protein

4 tablespoons of coconut yogurt

1/2 cup almond meal

1 handful of dry roasted Almonds

2 tablespoons cacao powder

1 shot of good quality coffee

A sprinkle of coconut sugar (not necessary, but is shown in the picture)

Method

Prepare the almond meal in a bowl by adding coffee shot and allowing to soak.

Prepare coconut yogurt with vanilla protein mixed together until smooth.

Now it’s just a matter of layering it all together.

First layer almond meal mixture.

Then sprinkle cacao powder on top.

Layer your coconut yogurt mix

Sprinkle dry almonds crushed a little.

Then complete layer again.

Once all ingredients are used, top with plain coconut yogurt and add dry roasted almonds and sprinkle with cacao and a little coconut sugar (not necessary however it adds a caramel flavour).
