I was lucky enough to be speaking to a sensational bunch of women at the
Mazarine Aqua bikini party and I thought I would share with you what I spoke about.
I am mum of two, teacher, full time worker, blogger, health and fitness advocate and my goal in life is help as many women and young women and children get their best health and fitness for life.
It all starts with how we feel about ourselves.
We all want is to feel and look our best everyday.
We want to look good walking, working, training, surfing, eating and out and about.
To find body love you must first be truly embracing of what you have and honest with yourself also.
Body confidence isn’t about what we actually look like or what you presume others see it comes from our internal repetitive speech to ourselves each day.
‘Stop judging yourself harshly because these bad urges don’t make you a bad person and your personal demons will get worse if you keep ashamed of them. So own your behaviour, apologise for it if you feel better and move on without guilt’ b.x
➕By judging yourself negatively it affects many parts of our lives and your body and confidence are major parts.
‘Find beauty in the mirror not error’
When you look in the mirror look for the good first,
Them look to improve
But never speak negatively about your body.
You see our mind set actually cause and alters what we see as unsightly or as beautiful.
So look for your beauty every single day.
Owning it!
If you know you are not doing the best for your body each and everyday true body confidence will reward you. You must be honest though? Are you genuinely 100% eating the best good you can and working out the best you can ? Yes or no?
If you think light and fluffy about your body health you will be come light and fluffy but if you are brave and strong and try your best you will get your best body.
Reason why body confidence is so important:
+ Self Worth
+ To gain work value and success
+ Friends feed of the magnetism
+ Children will look up to you
+ To feel important and loved.
Each and everyday our body wakes up different and it a reflection of two days before. So if you have eaten badly or been stressed or not had any fresh air with exercise your entire body will reflect this through your skin, energy level and body composition.
But it all starts in you mindset. You must seek to value you by getting rid of the negative talk and then your body will follow your mind.
