1 banana
1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter
1/2 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup coconut water
2 tablespoon coconut yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of coconut sugar ( optional for calories- however makes the caramel flavour)
Method
1. Blend it all up…
2. Add shredded coconut or extra coconut sugar if desired!
