I was in need of ice- cream and particularly ‘Clusterfluff’ was on my mind.

Post training… or just because sugar was required ASAP!
Healthy Dairy-Free ‘Clusterfluff’
Ingredients
3 frozen bananas ( prepared earlier)
TIP: when bananas start to go brown and you know they are not prime to eat- peel them and break them up into pieces place in a sealed container in the freezer.
2 tablespoons of almond butter / nut butter / peanut butter
1 tablespoon Cacao Powder
Method
Blend banana and peanut butter with a stick blender – until smooth and creamy.
Add sprinkles of cacao powder as you scoop into bowl (It creates a marble effect)- then sprinkle the remaining powder on top.
Add a dollop of extra peanut butter for indulgence.
TIP- you can prepare this earlier and leave in the freezer for 1 week only.
