Core Strengthening Fit Ball Workout

I have some favourite stretch combinations that have helped me to achieve total core stability.

Core stability is required for any person walking around as it counteracts back problems and also allows your body to have excellent alignment.

Alignment in your body is imperative to have muscle flow for general life activities, as well as helping you to avoid injuries of any kind.

These fit ball exercises will help you to achieve great alignment and core stability.

b. fit ball core stretch & strengthen exercise

Stage 1

  1. Stabilise your body in standing position
  2. Turn on your core
  3. Place fit ball under one foot and balance
  4. Hold for 10 secs

Stage 2

  1. Move ball down your calf below your knee by bending your stabilised leg
  2. Breathe
  3. Focus on your core
  4. Complete this on both legs 8 times each
