b. vanilla + caramel gelato (dairy–free)
Ingredients
½ cup coconut yogurt very cold (almost frozen)
1 frozen banana
¼ cup of almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
good quality caramel sauce for decoration OR
(coconut sugar for clean eating version)
Method
- blend the frozen banana, almond milk and coconut yogurt
- stir in caramel sauce gently
- scoop into jar
- add caramel sauce and sprinkle almonds for decoration
