b. pesto pasta

Ingredients

large handful of fresh basil

2 tablespoons of rice bran oil

½ cup of pinenuts

salt and pepper

fresh small tomatoes

feta cheese crumpled

packet of Barilla Spaghetti No.5

Method

  1. Blend the basil leaves, pine nuts, rice bran oil and a generous amount of salt and pepper.
  2. Cut tomatoes and crumble the feta
  3. Cook spaghetti for until and drain and wash with cool water.
  4. In a large bowl mix the pesto pasta gently through the cooked spaghetti
  5. Add the tomatoes and crumpled feta
  6. Serve warm
