b. pesto pasta
Ingredients
large handful of fresh basil
2 tablespoons of rice bran oil
½ cup of pinenuts
salt and pepper
fresh small tomatoes
feta cheese crumpled
packet of Barilla Spaghetti No.5
Method
- Blend the basil leaves, pine nuts, rice bran oil and a generous amount of salt and pepper.
- Cut tomatoes and crumble the feta
- Cook spaghetti for until and drain and wash with cool water.
- In a large bowl mix the pesto pasta gently through the cooked spaghetti
- Add the tomatoes and crumpled feta
- Serve warm
