b. ultimate clean chocolate cake

Guilt free cake! We love to enjoy this cake on any occasion or simply on a rainy weekend with coffee.

Ingredients

1 cup almond meal

6 egg whites

1 cup coconut sugar

1 cup coconut oil

250g block of PANA CHOCOLATE

1 cup cacao powder

 

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the oil, cacao, egg yolks, almond meal into a large bowl and mix with electric mixer.

Melt Pana CHOCOLATE in microwave bowl for 1 minute – stir to keep in liquid form.

Place egg whites in clean bowl and blend until stiff peaks form – gradually add sugar until thick and glossy.

Add meringue mix to cacao mixture and stir in gently until combined well

Add mixture to a well lined tray and bake for approx. 25 minutes.

The cake will be slightly uncooked however will set upon rest.

Chill in the refrigerator for 30mins before serving.

Cake has a fudge like texture.

Dust with cacao powder lightly.

Add chocolate dipped strawberries for decoration.
