b. Vegetarian Protein Patties

These delicious protein patties are so easy to make and delicious either hot or cold.  I often snack on them after gym (cold) or throw them in the kids lunch boxes.

b. vego protein patties

ingredients

can of lentils 1 whole zucchini

– grated 1 carrot – grated 1/2 cup of flour

– coconut/ spelt / or plain

1 egg

1 cup of brown rice

1 cup of quinoa

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

3 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce salt and pepper

2 tablespoon rice bran oil for frying

method

  1. Place all ingredients into large bowl- combine throughly.
  2. Add egg and flour
  3. Mix until combined.
  4. Spoon 3 tablespoons parts into warm fry pan with rice bran oil and cook like rissoles/ burger patties.
  5. Allow to cool or NOT:)
  6. Serve with fresh salad as shown in image above.
