Protein Power UP Smoothie

Ingredients

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup almond milk

1/4 cup coconut water

1 banana

2 tablespoon coconut yogurt

1 shot of good quality coffee

Method

  • Blend the oats, banana, milk, coconut water – pour into jar –
  • Pour the freshly brewed coffee into jar on top – watch the swirl and drink up! enjoy
