Bored with Breakfast – Hungry at 9am?

On my plate this morning is…

Scrambled egg (use water instead of milk)

Line of fresh spinach, baby tomatoes and avocado

Pile of rice with chia seeds ( 2-3 tablespoons)

Beetroot relish
