PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
half a fresh pineapple – emptied out and cut into small pieces.
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
1 frozen banana
Method
- Cut whole pineapple in half and carefully cut out contents.
- Cut the pineapple in to small pieces.
- Blend frozen banana, pineapple, almond milk, yogurt together.
- Place into emptied pineapple.
