I Love Pineapples Smoothie

PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

half a fresh pineapple – emptied out and cut into small pieces.

1/2 cup almond milk

2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt

1 frozen banana

Method

  1. Cut whole pineapple in half and carefully cut out contents.
  2. Cut the pineapple in to small pieces.
  3. Blend frozen banana, pineapple, almond milk, yogurt together.
  4. Place into emptied pineapple.
