The weather is warming up and therefore the safety of the gym walls are not required as often. It is so important to mix up your sessions – it keeps your body guessing and your mind fresh.
Find places around your home that you can use for outdoor workouts.

All you need to take with you is a medicine ball and a yoga mat (towel) and you can complete one of the b. live. wear. workout combinations.
These workouts are high intensity, fun filled, training sessions are made for women with only 30 mins to get it DONE!
- run/ walk warm up 10 mins
- walking lunges with the medicine ball along the path or grass area – 4 laps
- jump squats with the medicine ball doing bicep curls at the same time (12 sets)
- push ups (12 sets)
- single leg lunges with foot on bench and other foot stabilised (12 sets)
- tricep dips on the bench (12 sets)
- sit up with medicine ball toe touches
- Repeat whole combination 3 times
