Firstly, you must have the products in your fridge and a good blender stick.
Ingredients-
A handful of frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of coconut water
2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
1 scoop of your favourite ‘protein powder’ (chocolate flavoured)
Method-
Place all ingredients into the blender cup and whizz it up!
