My favourite abdominal combinations to create great strong abdominals are called the b.twenties.
You will need
- a bosu ball
- gym mat
- 3-5kg dumbbell weight
- something to hook your feet into – seat/ under lounge/ bar
- strong mindset
PART ONE
- Hook your feet into bars (as seen above)
- Use the bosu ball to support your back (particularly good for women post birth/ weak cores / back problems)
- Hold a dumbbell to your chest
- Hold your body strong and do a 20 sit ups
PART TWO
- Move backwards onto flat ground
- Use the bosu ball bounce or rebound as the resistance for your feet to bounce from in a flutter kick motion.
- Complete 20
PART THREE
- Remain in the same position.
- Knee to elbow sit ups with a twist
- Make sure you are in a v shape position
- Complete 20
PART FOUR
- Turn over into a push up position
- Knee to elbow holding strong core through your belly button.
- Complete 20
This set needs to be complete 3-4 times.
