I agree it is very difficult to maintain your summer body in winter, however in order to get you ‘best summer body’ you must work harder in winter.
My top 10 winter food tips
Winter food lifestyle (diet) must be consistent and must be well balanced.
1. 6 small meals a day
2. High protein and lots of vegetables
3. No sugar
4. Light on the salt content
5. Small portions all day
6. Drink multiple cups of warm water instead of cold water
7. Add warm vegetables to salads
8. Add apple to salads
9. Warm Oats with banana
10. Smoothies instead of chocolate
My top 10 Winter exercise tips
Fitness in winter must keep you warm and motivated.
1. Walk in warm snuggly clothes every morning
2. Warm up properly at the gym – 20 mins on a treadmill – add incline for faster warm up!
3. Stretch and yoga to stay limber to reduce strains and injury
4. Complete fast speed circuits with weights
5. Walk / run in the sunshine of the afternoon
6. Make a commitment to train straight from work at least 3 times a week.
7. Try a steam after your workout – great for the skin and makes you feel fresh and invigorated.
8. Ride a bike to a coffee shop / but Do not eat the cake!
9. Do a 3 set workout of lunges, sit ups and push ups every night instead of dessert.
10. Play with kids outside – skipping, skateboarding, playing tiggy or tag- if you don’t have kids – just be outside for 20-30mins daily.

Hi Katrina,
I recommend you walk every morning before breakfast and then add in some of my outdoor exercises in the afternoon. Its all about consistency and enjoying the outdoors.
You can do it! then suddenly it all becomes your new habit.
