You just need a medicine ball and bench set to step up onto.

  1. Begin with one foot on the bench (as seen in image)
  2. Step back into a lunge and then drive your knee high lifting the medicine ball above your head at the same time.
  3. Stabilise through your core for ultimate whole body combination workout.
  4. Complete a 12 set on each leg combination
  5. Add it to push ups and jump squats for a full body outdoor session.
