Why should you push up properly?
Completing a correct push up is more important then completing an amount of push ups. The push up position creates strength for your core – lower back – shoulders and arms all the parts at what women must work on everyday to remain strong and limber.
As women – especially post birth – it is more important to complete a (Man style) push up then an ‘on your knees version’. Women should ONLY complete full push ups however do less repetitions – this creates strong core and lower back to lift children, washing baskets and other groceries.
It is also the most often concern for women post birth is their stomach and how it will never be the same. It is possible with patience, perseverance and real ‘push ups’ to get you tummy back to where it was OR even better then it had ever been.
