b. baked honey cinnamon oats with fresh berries

Ingredients

1/2 cup quick oats- longer cooking time for normal oats

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon of coconut yogurt

sprinkle of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of honey

blueberries

raspberry

Method

  1. Mix oats with honey and cinnamon thoroughly with almond milk
  2. Sprinkle of cinnamon on top of oats then place oats mixture under the grill for 1 minute or oven 10 mins or microwave for 1.30mins
  3. Remove from oven then allow to cool for 2 mins
  4. Then add coconut yogurt dollop and fruit
  5. Add extra milk if required.
