Ingredients
1/2 cup quick oats- longer cooking time for normal oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon of coconut yogurt
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of honey
blueberries
raspberry
Method
- Mix oats with honey and cinnamon thoroughly with almond milk
- Sprinkle of cinnamon on top of oats then place oats mixture under the grill for 1 minute or oven 10 mins or microwave for 1.30mins
- Remove from oven then allow to cool for 2 mins
- Then add coconut yogurt dollop and fruit
- Add extra milk if required.
