It is time, our time to truly take our time.  We have given until we have no more and now we can seek to find the true quality in life. Goodness! We are taking a pause.  I know I don’t have to explain to you why I entitled ‘Women Pause’ instead of ‘Woman Pause’. But just in case you’d like to know – I didn’t like Woman Pause – it felt like shouting – I imagined some man shouting ‘oh for god sake – Woman just pause’. It’s kind saying ‘Women Pause’ it is also a play on MEN-O-Pause like seriously. But don’t get me started on the inconsistency and pro men in the english language.

The is written for you through knowledge, education and experience. I have been a health and fitness educator for 25 years. I’ve written 9 publication including this new one as I seek to ensure honest, effective and quality training for women to pass onto their families. We women are the hub of the house. As you know when we are off, the house is off. I have purposely written this book as a labour of love to keep families functioning with love and acceptance for all aspects of learning and growth. I want families and partnerships to stay together. I want our kids to have two loving parents who support and care for one another. I am hopeful this book can help women. I want this book to help your find your love of self and your body.

As you know when we love and adore ourselves we are magnetic and this is the purity of living optimally for longevity.
