SUMO SQUATS with weights
- Use a weight and hold it between your legs – kettle bell/ medicine ball/ dumbbell ( 5kg-30kg)
- Stand in a split leg position and complete a squat
- Push up to your toes when you extend from squat position – this will ensure complete leg muscle workout.
- Hold your core tight to ensure no injury will occur.
- Repeat sets of 16-20 for complete leg burn.
