b. caramel smoothie

 Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

1 scoop of vanilla protein (optional)

½ banana

handful of ice

good quality caramel sauce

Method 

  1. blend up milk, protein, ice and banana
  2. pour caramel sauce around the edge
  3. lick the side 🙂
