b. cinnamon oats with mango + pear jar

Ingredients

1/2 cup of quick oats

1/2 cup of almond milk

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 whole fresh mango- cubed

1 fresh pear sliced

3 tablespoons coconut yogurt

dry almonds

1 jar with lid

Method

  1. Place in a jar 1/2 cup of quick oats and pour almond milk over the top,
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top
  3. Place jar in fridge – over night or for a few hours
  4. Layer diced mango and coconut yogurt in jar
  5. Add sliced pear and almonds for decoration.
