Finding food that gives you a flat tummy is possible and a must for anyone wanting to feel light, lean and healthy. I eat this salad often > but especially if I have an event to attend or a photo shoot.

Ingredients
turkey mince ( browned off in fry pan with salt and pepper)
1/2 cup chia/ rice pre cooked
1 x green apple diced
1/2 spinach diced
fresh corn char grilled ( pre- cooked)
1 x spring onion diced
a few sprigs of parsley
1 x lime squeezed
1/2 an avocado sliced
Method
Prepare all ingredients and add to a large bowl and toss gently.
Serve immediately.
