I wanted to share some more of the b. transformation and how I gained better health and fitness for myself and my family.
I am b.
I am 38 year old.
I have had two kids.
I needed to rebuild my body after birth for better health.
I am a qualified Health and Physical Education professional.
I am sharing with your how I did it and how YOU can too!
This image was taken 1 and half years ago. In summertime and surfing was my family priority. I believed my body was looking ok and I was content to live with it like this. After all it had seen a lot (2 kids) and at my age this was surely right. However, I now look back at this picture and can see quite clearly the problems with it.
My posture is terrible, hips out, leaning into lower back. I had many problems with my back but I passed it off at carrying children around on my hip, I passed if off as age, I passed it off as Oh I just need physio and chiro more regularly.
These were all untrue, I simply needed to regain the strength and wellness in my body.
- I need to rebuild the muscles to become strong again.
- I needed to fix my posture with weights.
- I needed to realign.
- I needed to eat clean
- I needed to suck it up and get off the whinging, poor me wagon and jump on the ‘I can fix it!’.
