Progressive goals are goals that are set in a stable, healthy way. It is liken to climbing a set of stairs to reach the top. As a result’s driven society, we move progressively through life making small gains and changes to help us become better people… it’s human nature.

Humans want to see results, it even dates back to Roman times. Where the use of before and after images of Ancient Rome to current Rome are upon the most searched images on Google.

To this day we as a human race are addicted to results and discuss them openly everyday.

We seek to find:

Sports results, political results, children’s reports cards results, health results all due to finding through information of how we have changed or developed.

We are almost addicted to before and after (progressive goal images & visuals) there have been a multitude of TV shows made about Home, Landscape, Car renovations and visuals on about our Earth and animals have changed over time. As a society we love the BEFORE and AFTER story of life.

 


 

HOW TO:

This is how we can gain our best weight loss goals ever and it’s extremely simple. Take a before picture of yourself to fully visualise and actually view you. This may make you feel very uncomfortable as it’s so honest and truth driven however it is the only way to help you create your own progressive goals. The progressive goals is seeing yourself in your current state and working towards a stable healthy weight loss goal.

  1. View yourself as a whole starting from the top to bottom and find the parts you would like to improve on.
  2. After you have completed the image > write down what you would like to achieve. This may be >improving your skin > creating a body you have always hoped for >developing optimal health, whatever your goal this can remain private or you may wish to share this image.
  3. Remember it’s your goal and your successes.

 

‘Before and After’ images allow people develop personal goals and goals are how the world moves forward in all ages.  Result driven images work and this is why we should embrace the people who share them and lift them up to help them achieve their progression.

 

You see, the benefits of before and after’s are of personal achievement and involves people’s own positives and only they can judge that.

The fact is human nature is all about growth and development, change and goals.  We live in a society where people have achieved a personal goal just like others achieve

➡business goals

➡sport /racing goals

➡work goals

➡family goals

Or/any other goal.

Successful sports people and athletes create goals each and every day to get the best from themselves. They gather evidence and statistics to gain an edge and use visual images and timing to get the most valuable information. We can also use this to help us get the most of ourselves.

 

Is this progressive state sustainable?

Everything we do is based on progress. Progress is sustainable and goals are achievable due to living a life of before we learnt something to after. Everything is sustainable if we work hard for it but whether we sustain a certain body does not matter it’s IF we learnt something from the journey.

 


 

Let’s put this into context:

We all ‘train hard’ or work toward something in our life

>study hard to gain a degree

>apprentice > tradesman

>sporting event > winner or personal best time

These aspects of progressive goals are no different to the effort put into your weight loss challenges or changes!

We as a society should not take a negative view on other peoples personal achievements. Judging others on their goals is not up to any of us. These people have worked hard and are proud and they have won their own race. Maybe we should all look at the positives and pride of these people being 100% proud of their own choices and rather being another negative addition to our already tarnished world.

So please share your progressive goals (before and after images) whatever they may be and be proud to have achieve your goals in life.
