b. apricot cream puff

This delicious delight is a great option of dessert of any crave time.  Apricots are currently fresh and available and I like to use the most accessible fruit at the markets.  Apricots are high in fibre and antioxidants.  Apricots are great for the skin complexion and help our skin to recover after our warm Australian summers.

b. apricot cream puff



½ cups of frozen mango

1 diced fresh apricot

¼ cup of almond milk

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)

2 whole fresh apricots

shredded coconut for decoration


  1. blend the frozen mango, apricot diced, almond milk, vanilla protein (optional)
  2. scoop into jar bottom
  3. add halves of apricots
  4. add the rest of the apricot cream
  5. sprinkle with coconut
