b. bbq banana salmon with passionfruit | b.hummus salad + halloumi ✔️ my favourite tastes in one meal > plus the bonus of protein, healthy, clean eating and all part of the b.flat tummy food collection
Ingredients
salmon with skin on
banana sliced long ways
1 whole passionfruit
handful of baby spinach sliced
halloumi sliced
rice bran oil for barbeque
>b. hummus > see the recipe on the food section of blog
Method
- Heat bbq plate or fry pan until hot.
- Bbq salmon as normal and next to it on the (bbq/frypan) put banana > the juices will seep into the salmon as it cooks.
- Add halloumi to frypan and brown also
- Layer up the plate with spinach, 1 side of passionfruit scooped over salad.
- Remove salmon and place on plate > layer banana across salmon and place halloumi on plate also.
- Pour the remaining passionfruit across salmon and banana
- Fill the empty passionfruit with b. hummus (prepared early)
- Enjoy this deliciousness.
