b. chocolate protein balls
Ingredients
1 cup of raw cashews / walnuts / almonds
1 cup of chopped dates
1/2 cup of cacao
1 scoop of BodyScience Nitrovol Lean Muscle Chocolate protein
3 tablespoon of coconut oil
1/4 cup of almond meal
½ cup of shredded coconut
Method
- Place in a blender > dates, nuts, almond meal, protein and oil.
- Blend it all up until the natural oils in nuts are released and mixture is fine and moist
- Add coconut oil and shredded coconut
- Blend again until evenly combined
- Roll into balls and place in the fridge (options to roll into coconut again)
