This a a favourite winter recipe and is fresh from the b. family food collection. If you love strawberries and you crave it, then this is the recipe to crush those hunger pains. These balls are great for lunch, snacks, or anytime.
b.strawberry and cream protein balls
7 x pitted Dates
1/2 cup dried Strawberries
1/2 cup dried raspberry
3 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup sunflower
1/2 cup Cashew
1/2 cup almond meal or dried almonds
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 heaped teaspoon MORLIFE Alkalising Greens Acai and Raspberry flavour
*Add a scoop of your favourite protein for high protein level if required.
1. Blend ingredients together.
2. Roll into balls.
3. Roll into coconut and sesame mix.
4. Decorate with extra dried fruits.
