b. swiss ball abdominal and inner thigh burner

This functional exercise is a total abdominal and inner thigh killer.  I have to admit doing multiple bloopers while filming this clip, made me roll over in pain.

You will need to complete

1 swiss ball

1 mat

How to:

  • lie on your back
  • hold the swiss ball in-between your feet
  • hold arms above your head
  • go into a V sit
  • grab the ball
  • put the ball behind your head

Complete a set of 5-10 depending on your level of fitness
