My post gym food must encompass

Therefore I sought to create my ultimate post gym smoothie because time is of the essence when hunger strikes.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon of oats
- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut
- shot of coffee (optional)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- protein powder (Chocolate)
- 1 frozen banana
- peanut butter / almond butter
- granola for decoration
Method
- Blend banana, milk, coconut water, seeds, oats, coconut and coffee.
- Pour into a jar
- Top jar with peanut butter and sprinkle granola
- Drink up and feel the energy burst!
