‘Take me to the weekend’ Smmooooothie

Friday’s require a Power Up!  This smoothie can get me pumped ready for the big day ahead -OH! and the weekend!

Power UP Protein Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

1/4 cup frozen mango

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup coconut water

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

sunflowers seeds / oats – optional

Method

1. Blend together with a blender or blend stick.

2. Add few pieces of frozen mango to top it off.

3. YOU are now powered up!
