b. coconut with tropical coconut crunch

Dive into the taste of summer with fresh mango, sweet banana, and toasted coconut crunch. This delicious breakfast or anytime food is dairy free and perfectly clean to eat.

Ingredients

1 Mango- cut in cubes

1 banana sliced

1 tablespoon CoYo Coconut yogurt

½ cup of b. coconut crunch

1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Method

Layer all ingredients into a cut coconut with pieces of mango and slice banana. Dollop coconut yogurt and sprinkle shredded coconut for extra deliciousness.


b. COCONUT CRUNCH

½ cup coconut shredded

1 cup oats

½ cup of coconut

1 tablespoon coconut sweet spread

¼ cup banana chips

½ cup pumpkin seeds

Mix together ingredients and put onto lined oven tray and toast in the oven for 20mins. Allow to cool and then store in airtight jar to keep freshness.
