Weight Loss is all in the Timing

Excellent weight loss can be achieved easily it’s all in the timing.

✔️You must do cardio before breakfast!
✔️Wake up – drink a supplement for body fat burning- or a pre workout
✔️Go for a brisk walk / Or jog for 30 minutes – everyday
✔️Once home- eat a high protein breakfast – boiled eggs, oats, or a smoothie.
✔️Watch the weight fall off

〰Tips for Mum’s- take the kids in a pram, on their bikes/ scooters…
At first it’s hard to get kids going…
Then suddenly they are disappointed when it rains 😉

  1. Hi Belinda, you mention to during a supplement for body fat. Could you recomend what is safe whilst breast feeding? Also a protien powder to use whilst breast feeding?

    1. Hi Francia,
      I would recommend you go into a good supplement store. I use particular supplements for my body that have worked however I was not breast feeding at the time. I am sure there would be a suitable protein powder that would be great for you. Hope this was helpful:)
