Version 1 – This TRX workout combination of abdominal knee in and push up combination focuses on the trunk area of your body. This includes the whole mid sections of your body creating a high functioning workout that strengthens your abdominals and lower back. It also switches on the shoulders and biceps/triceps and creates a whole body sweat up. Complete this workout with other blivewear abdominal exercises for a complete activation of trunk (core).

– set yourself up in the TRX harness

STEP 1 – start with holding this plank position

STEP 2 – move your knee towards your chin

STEP 3 – then release knees to plank position

STEP 4 – do a push up – Focus on holding good body position  

Complete 10-20 in each set
