Ingredients
Chocolate layer>
½ cup cashews
¼ cup of coconut yogurt
2 tablespoons of cacao powder
4 x dates
Peanut butter layer>
1 tablespoon of peanut butter > try to use organic peanut butter
(however today I did not have any left in the pantry)
2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
¼ cup of cashews
Method
1. Blend each combination together in separate jugs and then layer in a glass or jar.
2. Add a sprinkle of coconut sugar and mint leaves.
