This exercise is a simple shoulder press that creates great arm and shoulder shape.

How to complete b. shoulder press
- Hold the medicine ball in one hand at shoulder height.
- Press up towards the air
- Complete set of 12 reps fast on each arm
- Swap arms after each 12 reps.
- Complete a set of 3
