How to stay fresh and motivated?

The key to staying focused on a goal is keeping things fresh and new.  As humans we get bored easily and find ‘new’ keeps us fresh in our minds.

TIPS 

  1. train every morning – one or two days a week — head off to different locations in your local area
  2. train with a group or a friend
  3. train with a family member
  4. walk alone
  5. change shoes – I know this sounds ridiculous but changing the running shoes / walking shoe actually changes your mind set and also adapts your feet to tread differently.
  6. eat out on location – protein smoothie shake at a beach front – is better then drinking it in your kitchen!
