 Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla protein

1 frozen banana

½ cup almond milk

1 tablespoon ‘good quality’ real caramel topping

b. granola – (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and honey oats toasted)

Method

  1. Blend the protein, banana, almond milk together.
  2. Pour caramel topping around the sides and ½ teaspoon in…
