This functional exercise is a total abdominal and inner thigh killer. I have to admit doing multiple bloopers while filming this clip, made me roll over in pain.

You will need to complete
1 swiss ball
1 mat
How to:
- lie on your back
- hold the swiss ball in-between your feet
- hold arms above your head
- go into a V sit
- grab the ball
- put the ball behind your head
Complete a set of 5-10 depending on your level of fitness
