Ingredients
almond milk / milk
banana
vanilla bean or replace w. BSc. Nitroval Lean Protein (vanilla) @bodyscience
cinnamon
b. gluten free granola
Method
1. Blend banana, vanilla bean or protein @bodyscience
2. Warm almond milk @nutmylk (microwave or steam) I like to use the steam from my coffee machine
3. Pour warmed milk and blend mix and stir well
4. Sprinkle with Cinnamon
5. Sprinkle with b.glutenfree crunch granola
6. drink or eat with a spoon
7. enjoy
