Sweet crispy b.bread topped with yogurt and fruit
Ingredients
½ cup Almond meal
½ cup Sunflower seeds
½ cup Pepitas
½ cup Currants
½ cup Coconut flour
½ cup Chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup rice bran syrup
Method
- Blend until mixture is moist.
- Line baking tray; prepare oven moderate
- Press mixture into tray.
- Bake 20mins hot oven – until crispy
Remove and cool / add toppings
Top with Pink lady apple, Yogurt, Berries
