Try the b. slide lunge using an old frisbee. A great beginners exercise for at home or in the gym. This functional exercise completes a complete inner thigh and gluteus activation.

This exercise is fun however it is imperative that you switch on your core to complete workout.

HOW TO:

 Pull through your abdominals to begin

Hands on hips and stablise your trunk

Start a side lunge first

Then add the back lunge slide

Complete a set of 12 each side (6 side – 6 back) and then swap legs

 

Your muscles will fatigue quickly however if you add this to your weekly workout regime & watch your legs take shape.
