It’s high protein and energy fueled✔ Drink it often.

1 tablespoon oats

1 frozen banana

1 teaspoon almond spread

½ cup almond milk

½ cup coconut water

1 scoop protein (chocolate is my preferred)



  •  Blend it all up and drink post gym workout.
